Actually, today  netball training was cancel.. 

(dengan muka keciiiiwanya melangkah pulang ke ostel)

Luckily nampak Vivian Kwon.. then, I followed her jogging.. 

For the first time,and last aku jogging 1 round & quarter TANPA HENTI..

Diulangi TANPA HENTI...!!!

(even 10km/j je kelajuan yang mampu)

While Vivi meneruskan lariannya, 

aku pon meREHATkan diri smbil menyeSNAP beberapa pictures :

(can imagine right? betapa lajunya slownya aku jogging sampai sempat amek gambar lagi)

 Cuaca yang agak bagus untuk berjogging
